FAQ

Why don't you name the clients?

Firewall, access and segmentation work exposes sensitive detail about an organization's defenses. We withhold client names as a matter of professional discipline; verifiable references can be shared under NDA during a scoped conversation.

Do you deliver Palo Alto Prisma Access in Canada?

Yes. Prisma Access and SASE deployments are a core part of our Canada delivery — from greenfield rollouts to replacing legacy web-security platforms — led by practitioners certified in NGFW & SASE Solutions.

Can you migrate Panorama-managed firewalls to Strata Cloud Manager?

Yes. We plan and execute phased migrations of Panorama-managed firewalls and Prisma Access tenants onto Strata Cloud Manager, validating policy parity and access continuity at every stage.

Do you handle Cisco-to-Palo Alto firewall migrations?

Yes. We migrate legacy firewall estates, including Cisco, to Palo Alto next-generation firewalls across single and multi–data-centre environments, with redundant GlobalProtect designs for resilient remote access.

Do you support Fortinet environments as well?

Yes. Our Fortinet services cover FortiManager and FortiCloud centralized management, FortiAnalyzer visibility, FortiEDR and FortiXDR deployment, FortiGate installation and migration, and ongoing support and optimization.

Can IPCARE integrate and manage Cisco environments?

Yes. IPCARE designs, deploys, migrates and operates Cisco enterprise and security environments as part of a unified managed service. We coordinate architecture, policy, monitoring and operational support across Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet and HPE Networking estates.

Do you deliver HPE Networking and Aruba services?

Yes. Our HPE Networking practice covers enterprise routing and switching, network refreshes and migrations, data-centre fabrics, resilient routing, and operational support. We also support HPE Aruba networking and related WAN and wireless operations.

Can one team manage all four vendor environments?

Yes. As both an MSSP and integrator, IPCARE brings Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco and HPE Networking environments into a coordinated service model with clear ownership, consistent reporting and practical operational support.
